Outlook 365 not connecting after email migration

We have connected our 365 tenant to the one in the US so we are all on the same platform for Teams etc.

I cannot get outlook to connect to 365 on our main ERP server.

Tried recreating the profile, reinstalling Office and changing Auto discover registry settings:



I have also tried removing all identity entries under this reg key:


The above has worked on all out PC clients and another server with the same email account.

When I open Outlook it searches and finds the email address, I click connect then I get "Something went wrong" dialogue.

I have rebooted the server it did not help.

Can anyone help?

run SARA on that machine and see whether it come out any usefulness?

Thanks for this, looks like a good tool.

I did not get any errors but still cannot connect with the Outlook client. I can connect OK using outlook webmail...

what licence do this mailbox has?

get-mailbox <mailbox> | fl *plan
get-casmailbox <mailbox> | fl mapi*

My support company say the only way to recover is to delete the entire user profile on the server.
