unable to renew domain SSL Exchange 2010

I'm unable to Install/Renew 123-Reg domain SSL Cart on Exchange 2010. Getting error "This CA root certificate is not trusted. To enable trust install the Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store.

I've imported the SSL into the Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store and its shown there, I've also installed the 123-Reg Bundle cert as well.

can anyone help/advise?

thank you!

It probably works better if you put the Root Certificate in the Root CA folder, and all the intermediate certificates in the corresponding intermediate CA folder.
