"Not the correct type of mail merge document!" error while using Mail Merge macro

I followed the instructions found on the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yj_s3cdfVDY to perform a mail merge with custom attachments using the instructions that Kevin Stratvert provided for using Doug Robbins' utility.

I also purchased the macro-enabled sheet.

The problem is that when I click on the Merge with Attachments option I get the following error message.

What do I need to do to fix this so I will be able to send out the same file attachment to all email addresses contained within this spreadsheet?

Not the correct type of mail merge document!
This application is only designed to be run with a Letters type mail merge main document
