<p>When an employee clicks the green cross symbol (see attached), it creates a new Notes record in a one row portal. &nbsp;It does so by going to the Notes layout, creating a Rec, then coming back to the original layout. &nbsp;Problem is that the rec/row is now on the bottom of the screen even though no script step made it do that. &nbsp;Customer wants rec/row to stay where it is in the middle of the screen. &nbsp;</p><p>Since there is no script step for scrolling to an exact position, I have the script navigating down 4 records to scroll the row to the middle of the screen and then up 4 records so the original row is highlighted.</p><p>Lastly, when I use this method above, it works with the step by step script debugger; however, it does not work (row remains at bottom of screen) when I run the script normally. &nbsp;Never seen a difference before between Debugger and normal run of script.</p><p>Suggestions? &nbsp;Thanks.<a href="https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/2021/10_w43/1576073/Screenprint.JPG" rel="ugc"><img src="https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/2021/10_w43/1576073/Screenprint.JPG" class="fr-fic fr-dib"></a><br><br></p>
