Very odd.

Try visiting the questions link under your profile, then post the exact URLs into this question.

Be curious to see if questions exist... somewhere in the database or questions were never recorded.

Are you saying you asked a question that isn't in this list:

OK, then I guess I'm confused. I'm not sure what screen you are looking at and what you meant by "i have posted 2 questions the last 2 weeks that never appeared in the list."

The screen crop I posted were your questions.  What screen are you looking at?

Also forgot to comment on:
>>but could not find how to post feedback

After clicking the link and select 'Report a Bug', click the discussion labeled:

2021, Q4: General EE Defect Reports

Complete the form.

ASKER
the screen i use is this :
Answer Questions (experts-exchange.com)   - i don't understand why i could not see the Q n°3 and 4, title
usb stick problem and software needed for picture handling

Also forgot to comment on:
>>but could not find how to post feedback

After clicking the link and select 'Report a Bug',  --> i did
click the discussion labeled:

2021, Q4: General EE Defect Reports   - how could i possibly KNOW that ?  why not use a button saying post new BUG or similar ?  much clearer than the "intuitive" system used now....

but tx for that info

I don't know for sure, but I suspect, then when you go to https://www.experts-exchange.com/answer.jsp, you will not see the questions that you asked. I tried this on my expert account and didn't see my recent questions either.

ASKER
>>   I tried this on my expert account and didn't see my recent questions either.  << is that normal ??  i always used  that view - no problems - till now
Scott Fell

nobus, what problem are you trying to solve by seeing your questions in answers.jsp?  You should be looking for questions you asked in MyQuestions.

To verify for you, I can see your questions in my answers.jsp page

What happens in your answers.jsp if you search for your username like I did?

The "answer" link you posted is "open" questions.

>> i don't understand why i could not see the Q n°3 and 4, title usb stick problem and software needed for picture handling

They are 'Solved' so won't show up in that list.

>> i always used  that view - no problems - till now

Cannot help with that.  I'm rarely on the "answer" page but remember it always being "unsolved/open" questions.

I tried the same, I used the search for questions after going to the answer.jsp page. I am getting the expected (open) question in the results.

Can you verify if you didn't have a filter selected under 'filter questions by' and try typing 'nobus' in the search?

nobus

ASKER
sorry - it looks like i forgot to click submit guys

i have never used any filters
to all above : the answer page is the one i use to answer questions; and where i expect all my Q to show up.
i know how to look for my q - but that is not the issue
why don't they appear in the answer page?

Go to your or anyone's profile page:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/members/nobus.html

Click on that person's questions:

No pretty green bar but:  You can also see all 'your' questions from clicking your avatar (top right of page) and 'My Questions':

i know how to see my Q with my avatar
that page of your link is weird all in light grey - looks like "inactive" but you have to click on it...
i would expect it to be more a "fore ground" color but ok - i saw the green bar - helpful
nobus

ASKER

i thought that was the sole privilege of the asker?

You can mark comments as 'Expert Certified' by using 'This is the solution'. It is not the same as the author is doing.
nobus

ASKER
what is the difference?
slightwv (䄆 Netminder)

At times Askers accept too many comments as the solution, also maybe less than optimal comments as solutions and a few others.

Experts verified solutions is a comment worthy of peer rewards.  It is a way for peers to show appreciation of the comment.

Expert solutions also don't have the same point value as Asker solutions.  They are a lot less points than the Asker solutions.

Think of it as 'Voting Up' used on other sites...  ;)
Experts Exchange has (a) saved my job multiple times, (b) saved me hours, days, and even weeks of work, and often (c) makes me look like a superhero! This place is MAGIC!
