Windows 10 Pro / MS Word 2016 Problem Selecting Text
In the last 6 months or so I have been having a problem with 'selecting text' particularly in MS Word 2016. I'm running Windows 10 Pro.
The problem is that when I click at the beginning of a sentence or word as I drag across it part of what I have dragged across unselects or it 'jumps' to an adjacent line etc.
I have a Logitech M570 Scroll Wheel Mouse but there aren't any properties that I can see that would possible change this behaviour.
It looks to me that to solve this I would need to somehow change the properties that control doing this but I don't know if there are such properties.
Any ideas regarding what I might try?
