Application service port telnet

A application server running application (lotus domino service) with service port 1352 at main office. I can telnet to the server service port at both main office client PC A and branch office PC B. Also the ping test from PC A & B to server are OK. However, the client A can open the client application connected to server but the client B cannot. What cause the problem? How to trouble shoot the problem?

Server, client A and B all are in different vLans. OSPF route and IPsec enabled between main and branch office.
