asked on MS RDP Windows server unresponsive with error on "Kernel Power", why?
This is using MS Windows Server 2016. The main role of this server is working as a remote Desktop server. Recently, found that the server is not "unresponsive" and found this event id - 14 with the error messages,
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. this error could be caused if the system stopping responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Source - Kernel Power
While this thing happens, we will system reboot the server via iLOM port.
What is the root cause? How to solve it?

what problem? i already posted a link to the bios - unless there is some restriction because of your location
don't know what drives you have in your system to help with that firmware
disk array disk drive firmware recommended update. is not the BIOS update.

If this is on a physical system, ilom should reflect an event that might help identify the power issue, another HW event.
