iPhone continues to ring when receiving Google Voice calls even though Do Not Disturb is enabled

On my iPhone X running iOS v. 15.0.2 whenever I have the Do Not Disturb enabled I don't hear the phone ringing whenever someone calls my iPhone number.

I have the Google Voice app installed on this iPhone.

However, whenever someone calls my Google Voice number the iPhone will always ring.

This happens even though the iPhone is not being used (the screen is completely blank) and even though the phone numbers of the people calling are not in my Favorites call list.

I have tried doing things such as disabling the notifications for Google Voice but my iPhone continues to ring when I receive Google Voice calls.

What can I do to make it so that my iPhone will not ring when people call my Google Voice phone number while the Do Not Disturb feature is turned on within my iPhone?

Do Not Disturb also has a list of Apps that can be put in the exception list. Did you check this list?

Within Do Not Disturb both the People & Apps section say "None selected."

Is there any way of setting the Do Not Disturb for Google Voice so that it will only be set to Do Not Disturb when I enable the Do Not Distrub feature for my iPhone?

I work odd hours and often sleep in or tape naps or there are other times when I don't want to be disturbed & I would like Google Voice to follow the exact same settings on my iPhone for when I enable or disable the Do Not Distrub feature.

It would be nice if this was a global feature that applied to the entire iPhone.
