Access Split Database Error

Hi

I have a split Access database solution where I am suddenly getting the following error. What might cause this? I have added new code to update 5 single records but am not sure if this records. The strange thing is it works most of the time but then doesn't some of the time.

Do you have OLE fields, and are you doing anything with them?   Displaying, Editing etc.

The error message your are getting usually pops up when an OLE server (a program like Paint), doesn't pop-up in a timely fashion.

OLE linking to some extent still relies on the old DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) format.
