Office.com/Exchange-Public folders - Calendar Sharing with an Outside Email Address/Domain

In office.com/exchange, I set up a public folder-calendar.. works great for internal employees. Someone wants access from a different domain.

I can't figure out how to add this persons email to the calendar.

In outlook?

In admin office.com/exchange?

I tried sharing and nothing happens.

Do you mean you

Logged into office.com
On the left menu, clicked the Admin icon to go to the Admin portal (or made it to the admin portal another way)
On the new window, again on the left side, clicked, "Exchange" to get to the Exchange Admin portal.

From there, what you are you doing? Using the public folders?

Are you just trying to share a calendar?
