I don't understand.

the first time we did it taking into account the whole week and am and pm together

now this time I need to do the same

but adding the separation of am and pm

That is to say, everything that is me we do for the section of am

and everything that is pm goes to the pm section

if you look at me

example if you see a number

A.M

1-q is the same
2- what is one up
3- is one down

6
7
8

1w2012 to 24w2012  have pm alone

but 25w2013   onwards have AM PM

I started with Experts Exchange in 2004 and it's been a mainstay of my professional computing life since. It helped me launch a career as a programmer / Oracle data analyst

here AM and PM for week 26W2012

Lets talk about the AM/PM portion for a minute. I'm going to use the word "near" to mean that a number is equal to, one less than or one more than the previous number.

I assume that cell T1010 is 21 because the 1 in T1010 is near the 2 in T1009. And I assume that T1011 is 213 because the 3 in T1013 is near the 2 in T1009.

If my assumptions are correct then the 123 you show in AB1011 is NOT correct because the 3 in cell T1011 is NOT near the 1 in T1007 and so I believe that the AB1011 should be blank. Do you agree?

If my assumptions are correct then the 123 you show in AB1011 is NOT correct because the 3 in cell T1011 is NOT near the 1 in T1007 and so I believe that the AB1011 should be blank. Do you agree?

yes

I would like to know if a button could be made that allows me to make it visible or invisible as necessary

that is, the normal state is full am pm

but if I want to see only  AM

or if I want to see only PM

I say visible or invisible so as not to affect the visibility of other columns like ORD

I mean if you can create a button that makes the numbers visible or invisible in the column down by AM or PM
example :

49W2013

 3 1 0 7 3107 AM 0 1 8 2 0182 AM 0 2 3 4 0234 AM 2 9 6 3 2963 AM 9 9 2 4 9924 AM 7 9 0 1 7901 AM

Which columns?

for columns  L M N O
Martin Liss

I added two grouping buttons, one above column K and the other above column W. Column K is a little wider than it used to be so that the +/- button can be seen.

When the "-" is clicked in column K, columns L to O will be hidden and then if the "+" is clicked they will appear again.

that hides the columns L M N O but  I talk about an button that does not hide the columns but makes it visible or invisible the DATA  for AM  or PM as needed  in columns L M N O   down the columns

when I hides the columns does not let me see PM only it hide all data
but
If i want to see  the data corresponding to AM only by made  PM invisible, I can see the data only for AM  to work with

same for PM when needed

rigth now If I only want to see only data for PM in the columns without hiding the Columns L M N O, how can I do it?

then a button that makes visible the data you need to see needs

1- ALL DATA TO THE SAME TIME = AM / PM in columns L M N O
or
2-ONLY the AM data in the columns L M N O
or
3- only the data of PM L M N O

in this sample   I just hide PM DATA but still see AM DATA to work with

49W2013

 3 1 0 7 3107 AM 0 1 8 2 0182 AM 0 2 3 4 0234 AM 2 9 6 3 2963 AM 9 9 2 4 9924 AM 7 9 0 1 7901 AM
Martin Liss

As I said above, when the "-" is clicked in column W, the AM and PM sections will both be hidden and then if the "+" is clicked they will appear again. I can't do just AM or just PM because they are next to each other.]

can you make the data invisible in a cell with a button?
I'm not talking about hiding a column or a section
Martin Liss

Are you saying you don't want any columns hidden?

Everything that was done is perfect
and it's working fine

but it would help me to make invisible or visible
a data using AM or PM as filter

that way I could only see visually
of what you need to analyze

if with a button you can make AM invisible
while I watch and analyze PM that would be fine

but it would help me to make invisible or visible

I don't know what that means.
Martin Liss

in this sample i make invisible PM so i can work with AM

Martin Liss

As far as I can see you haven't made anything invisible.

I'm making PM data invisible for week 3W2014 PM only

In Columns L M N O  make PM  invisible  so I only see the AM data
but only the data in those columns to see everything else the same and thus analyze it
Martin Liss

You'll find a new 'HidePM' button near column L.

where?

By the way, when the PM values are hidden, if you select one of them like cell L1007, you will see the value in the formula bar. The reason for that is that to "hide" them I changed their font color to white.

Por cierto, cuando los valores de PM están ocultos, si selecciona uno de ellos como la celda L1007, verá el valor en la barra de fórmulas. La razón de esto es que para "ocultarlos" cambié su color de fuente a blanco.
