Please make sure same URLs are configured in ECP and OWA.
Please run the following command and make sure both are same.
Get-ECPVirtualDirectory | Format-List Name,InternalURL,ExternalURL

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory | Format-List Name,InternalURL,ExternalURL

If that doesn't fix please try recreating ECP VDs.
Remove-ECPVirtualDirectory “SERVERNAME\ECP (Default Web Site)”
New-ECPVirtualDirectory  -InternalUrl “https://mail.domain.com/ecp” -ExternalUrl “https://mail.domain.com/ecp"

Please make sure your binding is correct as well.

I have tried changing all above, the OWA works fine but the ECP  comes up with a white page and sometimes still give a error of 500
