unfortunately i am not able to put more than one ip

i did configured two DHCP server for fail over but our network guy told me he needs only one ip  so how can make a clustered HDCP servers and use one IP and floating IP so i can give it to the network admin to tell our FortiGate  to use it as DHCP  refence

The DHCP servers are clustered but they don't share an IP. Both servers can serve clients using their own IP addresses, which are configured as relays at routers, firewalls, etc.

Your Fortigate engineer needs to just add 2 helpers at the interface which point to both DHCP servers. No issue. If he tells you any different he's wrong.
