Simple solution to create bootable USB Image for workstations

Hi all,

My last post I discussed options on creating a bootable USB thumb drive which we have successfully manage to create,  however the steps to get this to image on a blank unit is very difficult for our site techs to perform with the instructions we wrote up.   My manager is ok if we were to buy a simpler solution I wanted to get some opinions as to something a little simpler.  I do not even know if Norton Ghost is a thing anymore that software was create for creating USB bootable images can I get some recommendations from you?  Thanks in advance.

I was thinking using Imgbrn to make the bootable ISO from Windows once I have everything installed and Rufus to make the bootable USB Disk.   Thoughts?
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
