Making audio work on WebEx on a Mac

Making audio work on WebEx on a Mac

I use a Mac and Chrome to access my VM at work. From there, I attend WebEx webinars. But, the sound does not work.

I install Citrix onto the VM and may have succeeded in installing a plugin, (HDX?)

What are your suggestions? Do I need to install something onto my Mac?

How to you us Chrome to access that VM at work? Typically tabs in Chrome are allowed to play sound, if you use some plugin to access the VM then it may need to be configured to allow audio.

I would think not, do you have audio from WebEx when you run Chrome on a different device like a PC?

I'm assuming you have audio from a different site like YouTube when you play a video in Chrome.
