Dear EE, my Exchange user has issue of quarantined mailbox. Can you kindly explain the root causes and solutions for it? Many thanks!
I tried these but did not help much, the problem keep happening:
- changed "Crash Count value” in the CrashCount key to 2.
- dismount / remount that user's database
- disable mailbox and enable again
User confirmed that he only used web mail, not the Outlook. So what is the root cause?
I noticed when I tried to delete 4 messages (that cannot be viewed) in Inbox folder, the mailbox crashed.
