asp.net crystal reports charts do not show up.

I am working on building a asp.net application using vb.net and crystal reports.  I was able to get my crystal report to show when debugging but all the images and charts do not show up.  I have tried a few things but nothing seems to do the trick.   Below is my web.config file.  Any advice would be great.  thank you

Does anything show?

Is this from your machine?

Did you install the runtimes on the web server?

The entire report shows except any charts or images.  The runtime is installed. This happens when I run (debug) the project in visual studio 2019.  For example if there is a shaded box, it will not show.

Also when I run it on local and on web server (which is currently my machine also so I know the runtime is installed) I still do not get any images.  Log's, shaded boxes... are replaced with blank space and generic image icon.
I started with Experts Exchange in 2004 and it's been a mainstay of my professional computing life since. It helped me launch a career as a programmer / Oracle data analyst

I was able to resolve.  It was a matter of adding the below 2 lines of code in the web.config and changing the routconfig.vb
 <httpHandlers>
      <add verb="GET" path="CrystalImageHandler.aspx" type="CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalImageHandler, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.4000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    </httpHandlers>

Open in new window

<handlers>
      <add name="CrystalImageHandler.aspx_GET" path="CrystalImageHandler.aspx" verb="GET" type="CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalImageHandler, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.4000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304" preCondition="integratedMode"/>
    </handlers>

Open in new window

  Sub RegisterRoutes(ByVal routes As RouteCollection)
        Dim settings As FriendlyUrlSettings = New FriendlyUrlSettings() With {
            .AutoRedirectMode = RedirectMode.Off
        }
        routes.EnableFriendlyUrls(settings)
    End Sub
