Powershell Sharepoint and Onedrive

Does anyone know of powershell commands to do the following:

1. Export ALL sharepoint site url links to a csv from Microsoft 365

2. Export ALL Personal Onedrive links to a csv file from Microsoft 365

I have checked google and the links are either broken or give data which simply does not work

WORKING files only please
