I installed a new Epson TM-T88V on the customer's Win10 Pro PC via USB a few months ago and it had worked fine since then. Then a few days ago it quit working, and when I sent to Properties it said it had no valid driver (or some wording like that)--and now I can't get it to reinstall.
I have tried all the obvious steps I know of such as reboot PC, uninstall and reinstall, change the cable to a different USB port, disconnect the printer until the installer tells me to connect it, etc. I am using the Epson installer that came with the printer. But all I get now is the TM-T88V printer showing below the other printers in the Unspecified area.
Any suggestions on additional things to try will be appreciated!
