Issue with dfs name space and profiles

We had namespace setup on a old rds server and now created a new rds server with name space. The issue is for some reason the users profiles are not coming over from the cache folder on the old rds server to the new rds server when they login.

Is there a way to get these over to the new server?

Not sure why they didn't come over but I cant seem to copy them over. Keeps telling me permission denied

The other weird thing is it looks like on the new rds server there is multiple cache and nocache folders. How can I delete those so that there is only 1 of each and not many sub folders?
