asked on Alternative to Cisco Network Assistant
We currently have about 50 Cisco switches in our environment and use Cisco Network Assistant to manage them. We just bought 3 new Cisco 9300 switches and CNA gives an error that they are not supported. I looked on cisco's website and there are no new versions of CNA. In fact, it hasn't been updated since 2018! Does anyone know of an alternative piece of software we can use to manage the switches? Thanks in advance.

We just looked at several of these products and when see how they are comparing themselves to CNA they mostly only refer to the Monitoring aspect of what CNA does. We don't actually use CNA that much for that. We find that most of the time we are using it to make configuration changes, especially VLAN changes to ports. We are having a hard time seeing if any of these products can do that?
Have you used the "show VLAN brief command"?
As you know, if a device is placed on the VLAN with an error, it cannot connect to the server. To display which device is in VLAN, use the show vlan brief command.
