dual screen and one goes into power save mode for no reason

This issue I not 100 percent on..

a User has 2 external screens and one of the screen always looses connection

and goes into power safe mode.

Both screens are connected via a Port replicator (Lenovo via usb c)

other computers work fine and they have no issues but for some reason this person has this issue, that the screen goes into power save mode.

I have changed all power settings to never, but still keeps happenning.

Could this be because the screens are not brand new? 

I changed the port replicator but still the same issue.

PLease help..
