Am trying to sum a field in a form footer. Here is the value in the detail form field:
=(IIf([RentGrowth]>0.2,[N],""))
How do I sum that in the form footer?

Neither one worked. I just got an empty sum.
Try running a query with the formula as a column in the query and see if you can get a working formula that gives you data. You can also divide the formula into its components and see what you get for each part.
