SQL database mail connector sending email outside of local domain

I have exchange on premise 2016 and SQL 2012.

I have database email  account configured on SQL server 

its sends email to my local domain users no problem, however, it rejects email which sent to email address outside of my domain.

Please see error below.

how do I enable relaying outside of my domain.

 

 
Message
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 2 (2021-02-15T08:12:22). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain).
