A Windows 10 user is having intermittent issues while opening Word documents stored within OneDrive where Word will say “Not Responding” for several seconds until the document is finally opened. I believe this is being caused by the fact that these documents are stored within the cloud & Carol is working from home where her internet connection is slower.
This “Not Responding” message will also appear while making changes to longer Word documents.
I have repaired Office, cleared temporary files, & repaired corrupt OS files using the sfc command.
What can be done to address and fix these issues? Does anyone know of any other fixes for these issues?
