Import Chrome bookmarks into original location instead of Imported folder

I often export user's Google Chrome bookmarks from one computer and then import them back into the Google Chrome web browser on another computer but am dismayed because they are imported into the Imported folder on the Google Chrome web browser toolbar instead of being placed back into the same location where they were originally located on the first computer.

So what steps or utilities can be used to import Google Chrome bookmarks (that have been exported from another computer into an .HTML file) so that these bookmarks will be imported into same location on the computer they are being imported into instead of being placed into the Imported folder on the Google Chrome web browser toolbar?
