Best way to overview license agreements of apps
Hi Experts!
I am installing lots of apps and I usually just click "Accept" on the license agreements. Today I started overviewing the licenses agreements and they are so dense and intense in wordings. I started to search key words like "share", "privacy" and "permit" so as to identify areas of my privacy. So my question is, is there a way to go thru these "agreements" contents better than just searching for key words like "share", "privacy" and "permit"? or what other key words I should consider to use?
I really tried to place this question as clear as possible, I wish I did.

My concern is more on privacy, on my data. I am looking for on how my info will shared or what area of my computer will be read or what data being transmitted will be track; stuff like that. I have somewhat of success with searching for "share", "privacy" and "permit" within these license agreement, given some guidance.

I usually check about privacy, what I can do with the license, how and when to cancel if any fees.
For mobile apps, I'm using Eset antivirus, it has great features.
It does a security audit by checking any app’s permissions.

No, I think I have transmitted my concern badly. What I am trying to accomplish is try to identify in any license agreements, key words I can search for that would relate to areas of concerns like Sharing, Private access< Permissions, etc.
For example, I installed XYZ apps and the agreement pops up prior using and I have to accept it (i rarely read any of them). But what I do instead is copy over the agreement to notepad and search for words like "share", "privacy" and "permit" and if found, I go straight to that area of the agreement. Found or not, I always accept.

In a nutshell, I wanted to know any techniques EE may have to identify within license agreements areas of privacy concern instead of reading entire contents of any license agreements.
David said it best, the correct way is "copy print and READ the full agreement like any other contract." and of course, that is the correct way to go about it and that is what we do = READ ALL.

So in detail, what I am trying to accomplish is to identify faster within the agreements keywords I can spot and go to that area and read it (I copy the contents in a notepad and search within iy).

No, not to create my own agreement, just check the agreements of apps I am installing
I have been assigned to install a series of apps (lots of them) and each comes with license agreements to "click" accept so as to continue install them.
As I said in my question placed, I have used the keywords "share", "privacy" and "permit" to search within the agreement. And some agreements of them I have identify the areas and would go directly there and read more details.
So instead of reading ALL, I am trying to identify areas where privacy is talked about.

I recently heard of a company that has an annual TeamViewer account, TV recently increased their prices by 5%. This is the straw that broke the camel's back, but the agreement states that you must cancel your contract no later than 30 days before the contract renewal date or it will automatically renew. The customer was 29 days before renewal and TV is making it difficult to cancel before the CC is charged for another year.
