Method to launch program such as Command Prompt, PowerShell, or other app from Command prompt with admin rights

What is the command-line syntax to launch a program such as the Command Prompt, PowerShell, or other apps from Command prompt using local Administrator username and password from Command line command that includes local administrator username & password?

I often remotely connect to a user's computers who don't have administrator rights and then I need to be able to launch the  Command Prompt, PowerShell, or other apps (running with administrator rights) from the Command prompt.

What's the command-line syntax for such a command?

Where within the command listed above would I type in the password for the machine\administrator account?
You can also just search cmd or powershell in the windows search bar and select run as administrator. However, if the user that is logged in to the PC is not an administrator level, you will get prompted to enter a username and password of an administrator account.

The reason that I don't want to use the method where I select the icon's option to run as administrator is because the users have user account control set to the highest setting while I am connected remotely.

So I then have to wind up providing the user with the administrator username & password in order to launch the program as an administrator.

That is why I would prefer to know the correct command line command syntax to run this command from a command prompt that has been launched without administrator rights where I simply type in the command in the command line that includes the user with administrator rights along with this account administrator password.

Is there also a way of including the password in the command syntax that you included earlier?

The way I solved this is by having Anydesk installed as admin. Then when I connect I already have admin privileges, even if the user does not.
The same principle applies to Teamviewer and probably most of the rest.
Note that you will still be asked for a password anytime you want to open a program as administrator, but you will be able to type the password yourself, no need to divulge that to the user.

David,

Can you provide me with more information about Bomgar's privileged access remote solution?

Will it be helpful for the scenario that I have described where I often remotely connect to users' Windows 10 computers where the user doesn't have administrator rights and User Account Control is set to the highest setting?
