The problem is that this debit card isn't registered to me.
It was given to me by someone else & I don't know what that person's Venmo login information is.
So I'm hoping for a website I can go to where I can type in the account number listed on this debit card and find out how much (if any) value it still contains.
Or is there a phone number I can call?
How can I do this?

all you can do is try a transfer until the transfer is refused..
why don't you contact the real owner of the card. Not being the owner sounds a bit fishy but I will assume you are on the up and up.

This card was given to me to thank me for fixing a computer.

Follow David Johnson's suggestion, doing transfers till card is exhausted.
