asked on Cannot log into our company Microsoft Teams account
My boss added me to our Teams account as an Owner. I received the email stating I had been added, but there was no "one-time code" to sign in.
I can log into Teams with my boss's info and I can see my name and email address which is my company email address.
How do I log in?

Did you try going to office.com and logging in there? or https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/log-in

Did you get a one time code? Check your spam folder for that

I did not and my spam folder is empty

I was able to get my email to work today, but it states my password needs to be reset by the Admin. I logged in to admin.microsoft.com and was able to reset me password.
