I restored my server from deleted objects in active directory admin center
after restoring. I See the server back but when it starts logging RDP window disappears
is something to do with interactive login

Yeah connecting through remote desktop, I can't log in so how will I check event logs

need some more clarification
are you trying to connect by remote desktop? have you looked at event logs?
have you checked the computer account? if it has been a little while since the object was deleted, the account password may have been reset meaning you will need to remove and add to the domain again
