Make Outlook account view only

Change Outlook account to view only. Current employee transitioning to new co. they have account on personal laptop. Using Office 365 with hosted exchange.

No such thing as "view only" account in Exchange, you cannot restrict user's access to their own mailbox. Consider converting the mailbox to a shared one, and granting folder level permissions to the user (Reviewer should be sufficient).

Here is what I found to work:
- Exported all mail to a file
- Removed license from user on Admin portal
- Remove account from Outlook
- User purchased home license
- Setup other email account in Outlook
- Import company mail to a folder, Outlook labels it as Data Folder

User can now see all his old folders and email within those folders.
