AVD not loading FXlogic profiles on storage account..

Hi
I have an AVD deployment and using FXLogic for roaming profiles.  Currently only one of my VMs in the host pool (Win10 enterprise for VD) is loading the profile data i.e. desktop icons.  I can see the vhdx file was modified only a few minutes ago, presumably on the single VM thats working.

I've logged a ticket with Azure support - which currently is awfully slow compared with 365.  

Also looking at the AVD home page under the overview and getting started tabs its loading the default start page as if i haven't configured AVD before.  I can see the host pools, app groups and workspaces.

Any ideas?  

PS - i've been having issues logging into AVD over the past few weeks using the thick and web clients, which are now working.  Not sure if related..
