I'm looking for advice on the best hosted VPS service. I don't have need for a tremendous amount of traffic, at the moment, or even in the foreseeable future. I have checked out a lot of sites giving advice on the internet, but I wanted to get first hand knowledge from someone who might be using such a service.
Currently, I'm leaning towards GoDaddy's unmanaged VPS (2 vCPU) plan. I have seen HostGator, Hostinger, and A2 A2 Hosting's offerings, as well.
You would balance the costs of resources, whether your VPS is enjoys redundancy within the fabric.
If using Linux, what resources do you need, do you need on-demand type of computing resources. Or whatever it does it uses what it is allocated and perform the task as long as it takes.
Or this is your foray at remote monitoring of your primary systems, functions?
