The User Profile Service service failed the Sign-In, User profile cannot be loaded
Hi Expert,
I have a user HP Z workstation Win 10 which is getting "The User Profile Service service failed the Sign-In, User profile cannot be loaded." But this only apply to domain account, for my domain account didn't login before and once I input the password I'll get hit by the above error.
Local account was fine, I tried work on the registry part by deleting the profile list that is user profile and still didn't work, appreciate if any expert can advise me on this issue

This is usually a connectivity issue of some kind. When was the last time you signed on this machine?

When you sign on locally, did you make sure you have a network connection? Also check Active Directory to make sure the machine is not disabled.

@William, do have network connection and In Active Directory it's not disable

Have you tried signing onto the domain with a different account?

@William, Yes, tried 2 account
Maybe you can try unjoining the computer from the domain, then rejoin.
