Jabra Pro 920 Headset does not show up at Microsoft Team and Zoom Phone

 
Hi,
I am still confused with AV things.
 
I have Polycom Desk Phone (VVX 410)
I am using Jabra a Jabra Pro 920 Headset (handsfree or wireless headset).
 
I setup this Jabra Pro 920 Headset at above Polycom Desk Phone following what it told in this YouTube: (678) How to Install a Jabra Pro 920 on a Polycom VVX 411 - Step by Step Connections and programming - YouTube 
 
I am using the Microsoft Team and Zoom Phone for communication per video and audio either as Softphone (Which I installed in my computer or cell phone) or desk phone.
 
Both Microsoft Team and Zoom Phone need the CONFIGURATION of SETUP for its Audio Setting.
 
To my surprise, I did not FIND any option to use the Jabra Pro 920 either as Microphone or Speaker for both application (M-Team and Zoom Phone).
 
I am confused and curious; I tried the other wireless headset (Plantronics Voyager Focus UC), then I can see the option to use this Plantronics Voyager Focus UC and MICROPHONE and SPEAKER, both at Microsoft Team and Zoom Phone.
 
Questions:
1) Did I need to download a certain software or driver into my computer for using this Jabra Pro 920 headset? If the answer yes, which software or driver should I download it?
2) Or any other suggestion to make it work?
