<p>Just started last night somewhere between 6-10 CDT. Users can still get into their mailboxes, but any message either from outside or inside (Including sending to yourself) gets sent to the submission queue and just rots there. Cannot figure this out and am in need of help.</p>

Just started last night somewhere between 6-10 CDT. Users can still get into their mailboxes, but any message either from outside or inside (Including sending to yourself) gets sent to the submission queue and just rots there. Cannot figure this out and am in need of help.

Exchange Server 2016 ALL messages going to submission queue and not being cleared
