Then what wattage or specific electric bike do you recommend that will allow me to easily climb hills? I weigh 240 lbs.

350W will take you very slowly up the hill and will be about how fast you could pedal on your own if you were physically fit. You probably want 1000W to go up a hill comfortably. In the USA, 350W will easily get you to 20 mph (the legal e-bike limit) on flat terrain. If they didn't limit it , you might be able to hit 25mph.
