Search folder permissions for a specific user

   I inherited a AD network where they started out not using groups. Now they want to add a user and give him folder access identical to an existing user. Is there a utility that will search folder permissions for a given user and display it? That would save a ton of time.

The powershell script is your best bet, to the best of my knowledge. This has been an ongoing nightmare for some time in Windows-land.
