asked on Why does Outlook in Office 365 not work?
I cannot access email messages on Outlook 365 on any of my computers. I have tried to put in the correct username and password, but it is not accepted. I can log onto AOL mail normally, using my username and password.

It asks if I want to install Office.

I have been told that AOL mail has introduced a new security measure where a password is generated by AOL for use in Outlook. If this is true, how can I use it?

what happens when you open https://portal.office.com using your O365 credentials?
