Emails dont go out when in RDS session from outlook O365
We have users that connect to RDS servers that are having issues from time to time when they go to send out emails via Outlook O365 when in the RDS session that the emails stay in the outbox and dont go out by themselves. But if they hit send and receive, they go out.
Any thought on what would be causing this?

If they're on Cached mode, try a few users in Online mode and see if their problems go away. If it does, set everyone to Online mode.

Yes, thanks I wasn't thinking when I sent that response yesterday. I found the settings right after I posted that.

Ok well I thought the cache mode was going to be the issue, but it was not. They are not set to cache mode.
When they are connected to the rds session, they get emails in but when they try to send out, they are just sitting in their outbox. Also, they do not see any of their contacts when sending an email out to people whom they have sent emails to before.
Any thoughts on what the issue could be?
