Have a Microsoft 2019 network that appears to lose the DHCP randomly. The entire network goes dead and then, say an hour later, reappears as if nothing has happened.

There is only 1 DHCP server on the network, the Windows 2019 server. It does have 1 router and 4 Access Points (all DrayTek). The bulk of the network (including the APs) are all on fixed wiring.

Users 2-3 years ago were reporting identical issues and pinned it down to KB4284833, but surely that would have been fixed by now.

Any steers?
