How to copy paste or edit PDF file using Word or other
I've copy pasted from a PDF before but it's been a while.
A couple videos show how to remove the restriction and / or copy paste using:
1. screen shot
or
2. downloading a restriction remover.
In their videos they are able to highlight the text but right click does not give them the copy option.
I'm not even getting highlighted text.
Any other ways? Thanks.

Word 2007 is too old to import PDFs.
What happens when your select text in Acrobat Reader, then copy and paste into Word??

I'm not seeing "select text"
In"edit" I see paste. Other avenues go to subscription.
I watched two videos and one used a screen shot to get a PDF to Word.
Another referenced a restriction remover.
I have not gotten anywhere with either so far.
I thought there might be some open source program.
I can print one page and use my scanner and scan it back as a new PDF file. That may not help not sure.
When I got Windows 10 it was my understanding that the shop was going to install Office at no extra charge.
Whether later versions are compatible with my system not sure.
Thanks.

I was able to get it done with a trial version of PDFsam Visual.
All 28 pages converted to a text file so I can capture the single page needed.

I never said there was an edit command to select text .You literally just click on text and drag your mouse, that's all. Or single-click on a line of text to highlight it for copying. Then copy and paste. Glad you found something else to do the job for you.

On the text field my cursor is a "hand" and I can not drag. I can not highlight like seen in the two videos I mentioned in the question. I've attached the file so maybe you see something I do not. Thanks.

Your Reader Toolbars aren't showing. With no document open, choose View>Show/Hide>Toolbar Items>Show Select & Zoom Tools and choose Show All Select & Zoom Tools. Now open a PDF, select the Arrow tool and select text:
There are lots of other tool bar controls you can display that can make Reader a more useful tool.
