Best Endpoint Protection-BitDefender or Sentinel One

I am looking to replace my webroot install with a better endpoint protection.

I talked to a cyber security company and they recommend a SOC and also Sentinel One for the best protection.  I've been looking at BitDefender, as it's more our price range, but I'm open to Sentinel One as well, any thoughts which is actually better that provides the best protection?

Any other recomendations?  I looked a Crowdstrike, we just can't afford it.

So out of BitDefender and Sentinel One, which is the best? (I know it could be a subjective question)

So you don't know much about Sentinel One?
I'm thinking this company is pushing SeninelOne because that's the main product they are using.

I don't know much about Sentinel One. What I can say is a CrowdStrike Falcon reseller can/will work with you on price. Whatever you decide, I really recommend the Next-Gen AV type solutions. Their network isolation features provide really good insurance that a compromised machine doesn't evolve into an entire network of compromised machines.

This Cyber Security company mentioned that with SentinelOne, they have the ability that if a device gets hit with ransomware, it can roll back everything, they mentioned that both crowdstrike and SentinelOne are the same.  They mentioned that SentinelOne is also a Next-GenAV, and so is Bitdefender as well, but with BitDefender, they don't have the ability to roll back, like those others.
I will be curious to see which way you go, and why you made that decision.

Andrew, in looking into Bitdefener, it's a NGAV product, even has ransomeware rollback protection, where if the system gets compromised and file encrypted, the system will restore all the encrypted files.

Andrew- Went with bitdefender. It seems like it provides good protection, the console is somewhat easy to use and the price was in our budget.   Sentinel one and Crowdstrike were double the cost, so that was another determining factor.
