Pan/Tilt/Spin/Zoom images

I see images of mechanical parts on-line and the view allows the user to Pan/Tilt/Spin/Zoom the part to be viewed at any angle or distance.

Can anyone tell me how they are setting these views up and/or how to get started ?

Most of the drawings that I can see are CAD drawings of intricate mechanical parts or mini-ware like figurines.

Not even sure what to call it.  Digital Preview, 3D Viewer ?

Here is an example hit the 3D button at the top-right.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

These are called 3D product images, and can be produced in a number of ways, including CAD or 3D scans.

There's a pretty good article on the process here:

Reading through that it looks like what I would like a something between the interactive 3D and augmented reality.
I was really looking for the free version if that is possible ?  I can code if I need to, just was looking for a simpler way w/o redesigning the wheel.
