How to adjust the size of desktop icons. For some reason the icons are much bigger on one pc than on the others.

what is the display resolution of the two different machines and what is the display scaling on the two machines?
Reduce the display scaling and you will see a smaller icon.

You can also press Control and use the mouse scroll wheel (if exisiting) while at the desktop background to change icon sizes.
