we have application that uses LDAP to validate/fetch user credentials in On-perm . We plan to use Active Directory to validate user credentials in Azure instead of LDAP.
Requirement:
- Currently user credentials are validated using LDAP in on-perm. Once we onboard to AD , will the user credentials get sync up between AD and LDAP automatically?
- is Active directory available in Azure currently without reach back?
- Can we connect On-perm AD using azure reachback configuration?

Authenticate on Azure AD will not provide an automatic access to AD, even if the login(UPN)/password are identicals.
