In this question let me suggest that not ony do we delete DX but we also remove the "Change" buttons in column DV and have that column show what you wanted to put into column DX. In other words here is what 1W2015 would look like.

Try this.  Column DV now always shows all ranges for the week and that is what you wanted to put into DX, so why do you need the "Change" buttons?

What if there were a button in DV2 which when clicked would ask you how many pairs you want to see and if, say, you said 3 then all the values in column DV would show 3 pairs?
