Company Wide Signature

Hello:

We are using Exchange - Microsoft 365.  Can I create a company-wide signature template?  Something similar to exclaimer?

Thank you

Hello Paul,

you can create a disclaimer in ExchangeOnLine, as it was in Exchange on-premises.

This disclaimer can include some variables, to include some properties from the users.
The format can be HTML with "external links to images".

But, the quality of the result is far to have the same quality than Exclaimer, or equivalent products.

You can make a rule in Exchange to tack on a signature and even make custom ones based on users, if you want.

We have successfully created an outbound rule (Exchange Online) creating a signature which includes our company logo - a different logo based on departments and controlled by AD.  It works well and look great; however

Does anyone know why the iphone (15.3) native app will NOT show the footer????
